Brief

A series of global management “rev up” conferences needed to be kicked off in style at the Dubai Autodrome. The “Pole Position” theme needed to be reflected in the presentation and technology utilised for the event.

Solution

A stunning start to the conference with video of a DHL liveried F1 car racing round the Autodrome track and ultimately arriving in the pit garage where the conference was taking place. The Managing Director climbed from the car and made his way to the stage to huge, excited applause.

All delegates were dressed in pit mechanics overalls and enjoyed a series of presentations, some F1 themed team-building sessions followed by an evening cocktail party. Oxygen provided and managed all video, lighting, audio and set installation.
