Oxygen Challenges the Norm at the Honourable Artillery Club

As production led event specialists we have been working on a number of logistically challenging events providing specialist technical production, logistical management and conceptual design. All the things we do best.

Oxygen Event Services have installed and managed a marquee installation in front of the Armoury house at the Honourable Artillery Company, once again proving that a structure can be built almost anywhere to enhance and provide additional space. The event combined the stunning Prince Consort Rooms together with a 430 m² structure for a conference and exhibition for 800 people over 2 days.

Oxygen create extra event space at Christ church

Oxygen were approached by Allen & Overy to provide production for a dinner for 350 people to be held in Christ Church. It soon became apparent that with increased attendance the church did not have enough space for the champagne reception. With 2 weeks to go before the event, Oxygen along with the venue and the client went into talk with the council, with final go aheads from all parties being given just 24 hours before the marquee was due to be built. The marquee created a perfect pre-diner event space for larger events held at Christ Church, whilst the church itself was subtly lit to create an intimate atmosphere.

In & Out Club Christmas Installation

For the fourth consecutive year, Oxygen installed the Christmas installation for eventwise at the Royal Navy and Military Club on St James Square.

A 9m x 18m clear roof structure was built within the court yard to create a traditional yet elegant dining space with beautiful views of the London winter night sky above.

The venue was beautifully, yet subtly lit to create a reception space, dinning room and separate mini nightclub room.

Party in a box proves a huge success.

Our recently launched “party in a box” has proven extremely popular with a special package created for the month of December.

A simple and quick to install lighting and disco package perfect for small events such as diners, networking cocktail evenings or parties.

Etc Venues. Prospero House

Illuminate Launches to the Industry and hosts a Star Trek themed London Launch
Oxygen was involved, as the only preferred technical suppliers, in an exclusive launch of London’s brightest new event space. Illuminate @ Prospero House was launched to the event industry with over 400 guests turning up to enjoy the evening with Urban Grove the DJ, Sax and Bongo Player. Oxygen beautifully lit the venue to enhance the illuminate theme as well as providing the sound system for the acts and Disco.

Illuminate also hosted a futuristic “Star Trek” themed networking evening for London Launch, drinks, canapés and an inspiring presentation from Mike Fletcher, ISES UK Director of Communications , and Jane Wade, Rockingham Head of Events. 

Oxygen delivers a sustainable and low environmental impact cocktail party at Temperate House

Oxygen was approached to produce an exclusive cocktail party for the luxurious Six Senses resorts. Held in one of the greenest spaces in London, the Temperate House at Kew Gardens played hosts underneath its vast array of tropical plants. Attended by 350 VIP guests from around the world who were treated to delicious sustainable, organic drinks and canapés from Create.

This event was delivered using Oxygen Event’s revolutionary ecOevent initiative. ecOevent concentrates on putting procedures in place to reduce the impact of events through waste neutral and sustainable event management, supported with guidance from the Eden Projects Waste Neutral Programme and BS8901. Findings on the event were generated in an environmental and sustainability report.

Utilizing the venues already spectacular in-house lighting, Oxygen added further textured lighting to create a calming atmosphere. The sound utilised the newest technology and were small and discreet, drawing no more than 3-5 amps during the evening. Inspiration for the bespoke furniture was taken from the resort's own design using recycled cable drums to create coffee tables, poseur tables and the Cevetchi bar.
